We provide personalized assistance at home and in the community to help individuals build daily living skills, increase independence, and participate more fully in community life. 

Our staff supports individuals in participating in meaningful community activities while building social, communication, and life skills that promote independence, confidence, and connection. 

We provide trusted, temporary care that gives family caregivers time to rest while ensuring individuals continue to receive safe, supportive care in a familiar and comfortable environment. 

Our licensed skilled nurses provide personalized clinical care and health support to help individuals manage medical needs while safely maintaining independence at home and in the community. Our pediatric nurses and caregivers provide in-home care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Staff provides supportive assistance with ISP-authorized equipment to help individuals stay safe, healthy, and independent, while following proper training guidelines, avoiding equipment changes or recommendations, and documenting support to maintain quality care and compliance with DBHDD and Georgia regulations. 

We support individuals in the proper use of medically necessary ISP-authorized supplies, assisting within their training and scope of practice while documenting services to promote health, safety, independence, and compliance with agency policy and DBHDD and Georgia regulations.
